Universal Application Screen Shot

Here is a screen shot of the Universal 2017 Application form, which will handle any type of application and is the application form of choice for the society.  The Instant Status Check button (looks like a key) and the Status Indicator bar (currently white) can be seen on the right end of the Toolbar.
