Program Requirements

CCF3 is a 32-bit program compatible with Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 (including 64-bit versions.  It will not run on Windows 8 RT as that system  is designed to run only special applets which are downloaded from Microsoft's Windows RT online store).  It is no longer compatible with Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, and early NT systems because these systems do not support UTF8 encoding, which is a late feature of CCF3 and because of the installer required to be compatible with Windows 10.

It requires 9 MB of RAM (available when you start the program) and at least 59MB hard drive space for installation.  Upgrades of existing installations will require another 59M of available disk space as a temporary working area during the installation.
