In order to comply with NSSAR requirements concerning the acceptable version of application forms, only SARApAid application form versions 5.xx and later are accepted by the national society at this time.

When using SARApAid or any other NSSAR licensed application program, you must use Permalife® White Archival Bond Paper for the forms which are submitted to the society.  Note that only the last company listed in the links of paper sources shown in the above linked document will allow the purchase of only 100 sheets instead of having to purchase an entire ream.
